The greater kudu, it’s impressive spiral horns makes it a striking trophy.
BURCHELLS ZEBRA
Also named Common or plains Zebra. Should be on every hunter’s bucket list, with it’s beautiful appearance and skin.
LEOPARD
Pound for pound, the most dangerous animal in the world. Has gained great respect from all hunters who hunted this magnificent animal.
ORYX
Chosen as Namibia’s national animal. The masked face and striking spear-like horns.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Lodge and hunting area is located in the North part of Namibia. Our Lodge and hunting areas is neighboring the famous ETHOSHA NATIONAL PARK. Appox. 400 km from Windhoek.
We have 4 hunting areas available – total 25.000 acres. With 3000 acres surrounding the lodge, the other 3 areas is between 30-45 min drive from lodge.
Once landed in HOSEA KUTAKO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT the guests passes through Immigration, and our Representative will welcome them. From there we take care of all guests right until they have done the checkin at the airport going home.
During the transport from Airport towards Lodge, there will be 2 stops – One for breakfast and one for shopping souvenirs at a local African shop. Throughout the drive to the lodge, we will serve cold Beer/ Soda/Water. (it is actually a very pleasant drive, very good roads and beautiful landscape, and giving you a chance to see a part of Namibia). The last 30 km is on gravel road, a good one.
Once arrived at the Lodge, all guest are welcomed by staff, with drinks & refreshments. You will be provided their bungalow and getting all relevant info towards your stay.
The Lodge is private, meaning no other hunters/guest will be present while hunters/guests are there. This will provide you a unique private experience.
During your entire stay at the lodge, you will be spoiled and provided the best service and hospitality from our excellent staff and management.
Daytrips to ETOSHA NATIONAL PARK, CHEETAR PARK or HIMBA TRIBE can be arranged.
A normal hunting day will typically proceed like following:
Early wakeup apox 4:00-4:30 AM and a short morning coffee, transport to the hunting area (Typically we will start hunting in the areas longest away from the Lodge between 30-45 min drive, and hunt this area during all morning, Lunch can be prepared in the hunting area, or we will go back to Lodge and get delicious chef made lunch. Normally we will have a 2 hour break after lunch – due the animals is not really moving during the midday hours, so this gives you a chance to relax 1-2 hours after lunch. But if you prefer to hunt full day without break, we will do this.
Afternoon hunt will typically take place in the area in and around the lodge, so transport is minimal. Hunting ends at sunset, approx. 6:00-7:00 pm. After sunset we drive back to the lodge for drinks, followed by dinner.

Once hunters shoots an animal, we need to process this and take it to the cooling room quickly, to prevent fur and hair from damage due to the heat. The hunt will temporary be put on hold while we transport the animal to the cooling-room. Hunting re-starts as soon as it is stored.
Non hunters / children are naturally welcome to join the hunting according to space in vehicles.
Import of weapons is fairly easy in Namibia. After you have collected your luggage, a small police-office is located inside the arrival hall, where weapons will be collected – normally quite fast expedition.
We have taxidermist between Windhoek and the lodge, the guest will have a short stop if preferred, visiting the taxidermist. You can see the possibilities and clarify mounting and the necessary preparation.
